JEWELRY CARE:
Snake Clasps: To open – hold flat and push one of the heads down. Make sure it always stays in its figure-8 shape.

Gold-filled: Use a gentle hand soap with warm water. Rinse and pat dry.

Brass: If you find the brass loses its shine – clean with Brasso – available at most supermarkets

Silver: Clean with your favorite silver cleanser and a soft cloth.

Suede: Don't wear this in the shower/bath/pool/ocean/lake as it is very delicate and this might cause it to rip.

Storage: All jewelry is best stored separately. Avoid plastic bags and don’t store silver and gold together!

Remember: Never spray your perfume over your jewelry! Perfume first, jewelry second.


CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you see something you like but wish for it in a different color, material, length, etc., let us know. We are not always able to accommodate custom orders, but we will always do our best!

RETURN POLICY:
We are confident that you will be happy with your T.Cyia purchase. Hhowever if for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a merchandise credit applicable to a future order. Item must be returned within 3 days of receipt from T.Cyia. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as we are unable to accept any returns without it. Credit will be in the retail amount of the merchandise only including any sales tax and will NOT include the cost of original shipping and handling. We are not able to accept any returns for credit from items purchased in a retail store or other website. Please be sure to include the following with your return:
~RA#
~Copy of your receipt
~Telephone number and address
~Reason for return
For your protection, please fully insure your item and ship by a means with which you will receive a tracking number, as T.Cyia is not responsible for any losses or damage to items we do not ship.

REPAIRS:
We are happy to repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear within 90 (ninety) days from date of purchase.
This repair will be at no cost to the customer on the condition that item has not been subjected to abnormally severe use, determined by any large abrasions, scratches or other significant damage.
Please follow the above steps to obtain a Repair Authorization Number (RA#).
Outside of the 90 (ninety) days, we will be happy to make repairs for a reasonable service fee. Please contact us for a repair quote – tcyia@aol.com.
~Please be advised that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it including cancellations. You must follow the above return policy should you change your mind about your purchase.

SHIPPING:
We make every effort to ship your order to you within 7 to 10 business days. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item or that item may be on back order. We will do our best to expedite the completion of your order. If for any reason we cannot send out your order you will be notified immediately.
Shipping charges are added to all orders.
For Domestic Shipping: all orders are shipped via UPS therefore we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We regret that there will be no exceptions to this.
For International Shipping: Rates for international shipping vary depending on many factors, including the total cost of items, the weight of the package and the destination. By placing your order on the T.Cyia website, you agree to pay your country’s duties and tariffs upon arrival of your package. Your local customs office can provide details of these charges. If any shipments from T.Cyia are refused, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any taxes or duties and/or customs charges incurred on the package and the return shipping costs to T.Cyia. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund we will courteously provide should you refuse your package. Orders will only be shipped to the address of the cardholder and we only accept credit cards from the cardholder.
